Retaliation

Retaliation is an elearning course that shows you how to create a work culture that discourages retaliation. Back in 1990, the Supreme Court defined retaliation; saying that an employer may not fire, demote, harass or otherwise retaliate against an individual for filing a charge of discrimination, participating in a discrimination proceeding, or otherwise opposing discrimination. In this course, we’ll discuss what retaliation means to you and your workforce.

This course includes a video with audio narration, and downloadable materials you can print for easy reference. A short quiz is provided so you can assess what you have learned. The Retaliation course defines retaliation at the workplace and offers helpful tips to deter these behaviors.
