As a DSD supplier, there’s not much you can do to help your retailers reduce expenses. However, you can focus on helping your retailers grown their revenue by either increasing traffic or increasing the average transaction size.

This course is the second in our series called Retailer Profitability Model. In it, we will explain how you can help increase revenue by increasing transaction size and number of shoppers, using the RPM model from part one in this series. We will also demonstrate the impact on operating profit when an increase in one of the four drivers of revenue occurs.
