In this micro-learning course, ‘Responding to Offence’, we’ll explore what it means to be offended, and the basics of managing tough conversations when you’re responding to offensive comments.

Most of us do not enjoy having difficult conversations. But when we’ve been offended, it’s vital that we talk through the problem constructively and professionally. So, we’ll start by looking at the reasons offence might be caused, and then explore the Six C’s of managing difficult conversations so that you feel confident in speaking up when someone makes an offensive comment.
