Regulation P: Consumer Privacy – In Depth

The Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA) is implemented by Regulation P: Privacy of Consumer Financial Information. The GLBA limits when and how a bank may disclose nonpublic personal information about a consumer to nonaffiliated third parties.
