Regulation E: Electronic Fund Transfers for Directors

The Electronic Funds Transfer Act aims to protect the rights of consumers when they engage in electronic funds transfer (EFT) transactions. Regulation E establishes rights, liabilities and responsibilities of consumers who use electronic fund transfer services and of financial institutions that offer these services. In this course we will cover the general requirements for complying with Regulation E, error resolution and liability, and exams.
