Regulation CC: Expedited Funds is an elearning course that gives you the basics on the Expedited Funds Availability (EFA) Act and explains the different areas that the Act applies to. The Expedited Funds Availability Act went into effect in 1988 to address concerns about delays in the accessibility of deposited funds.
