Regulation BB: Community Reinvestment Act

This course reviews the Community Reinvestment Act and provides the important information you need to ensure your financial institution adheres to the CRA’s rules and standards. Enacted in the 1970s as part of a larger anti-discrimination legislation, the CRA requires regulators to evaluate a financial institution’s record of servicing the credit needs of low and medium-income earners.
