Burnout is a common problem in today’s busy world. Many of us get so swept up in work we never stop to take a moment for rest. This audio-only course is led by Stephanie Wagner (NBC-HWC), a board-certified health and wellness coach with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. In this course, you’ll practice releasing tension and calming your nervous system with breathing exercises designed to treat burnout. You’ll also discover how you can relieve symptoms of burnout with a brief moment of rest. After this course, you’ll have a brief exercise you can do to release tension throughout your workday.
