Reasonable Suspicion

Reasonable suspicion occurrences are becoming more prevalent in the workplace. Reasonable suspicion in the workplace is when an employee is observed or suspected of being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, which can impair their motor functions at work. This course explains the signs and symptoms that should make you report a reasonable suspicion to a supervisor and/or your human resources department and details how an investigation should be carried out.
