Quality: Introduction

In the elearning course, Quality: Introduction, we will look at the word “quality” from a different perspective and discuss how and why it should be a standard of excellence. In this course we will review the definition of quality and examples of how to determine if something is of a high quality. We will also discuss how a standard of excellence is determined and share some steps you can take to establish standards for your organization.
