In this course,’Protecting Your Mental Health’, you will recognise mental health warning signs and coping mechanisms that you can use to protect yourself. This course begins with a description of the importance of negative emotions like stress and anxiety as warning signs, and the serious issues that these emotions can manifest if left unchecked. It goes on to describe the early stages of poor mental health and an explanation of the importance of catching mental health before it becomes a serious issue.
