Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act

This Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act online training course is designed for all bank personnel who work with real estate and federally related mortgage loans, risk management or OREO. This course examines the requirements of the Act and how it may affect the bank. The bank must ensure that personnel receive updated training whenever the requirements change and/or the bank’s policies regarding how the bank manages processes affecting compliance with PTFA are revised.
