Proper Procedures in the Workplace

In order for the process to go as smoothly as possible and for there to be a remedy to the problem as quickly as possible, it is vital that all involved follow the proper procedures if being harassed or accused of harassing someone else.
The first thing you should do when you ever feel harassed if to report any instance of harassment immediately. Your employer must know or have reason to know about the harassment to be legally responsible. Tell your supervisor, someone in human resources, or the person within your organization who is designated to deal with harassment.
