Pronto Spanish for Food Service

When working with employees who speak another language, it is important to be able to communicate with them and to work efficient with them. This course teaches employers how to recognize, understand and pronounce phrases, how to engage in small talk conversions and provide workplace related information form learning unit. Another feature this course teaches is that it teaches the similarities and differences between US cultural values to those of the hispanic world in how it may relate to the workplace by recognizing that culture development. This course is self paced and emphasizes basic understanding of Spanish with respect to intros, job titles, menu options and cleaning supplies. The course holds audio narration throughout as well as quizzes throughout to make sure knowledge is being understood. Job Aids and Reference Materials are also available in the course.
