Project Planning: Part B

Learn how to create, formalize and share a well-defined project plan that uses thorough methodology to determine constraints and include provisions for risk. You will learn how to create a detailed planning schedule that lists the tasks, sequences and time involved in the project to focus your team’s energies. We’ll provide the methodology to ensure that your project schedule is realistic and achievable. Lastly, you will learn how to formalize the project schedule in a Gantt chart, and select a planning tool to communicate it to the rest of your team.This course will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It should be watched after Project Planning Part A.
