Project Goals

In this module we will provide an introduction about the strategic planning and it is important to you.
A project goal describes the projects impact: the long-term effects that should also be triggered. The words ‚ÄúThe project will contribute to…” are often used here. This reveals that the intended results at this higher level are in the main not concrete, nor can they be exclusively attributed to this project.
The importance of project goals are Providing guidance and direction, Facilitating planning, Motivating and inspiring employees, and Helping organizations evaluate and control performance.
