Professional Productivity: How to Receive Feedback

Feedback from peers or supervisors provides us with opportunities to learn and improve. However, sometimes it can be difficult to receive feedback, even when that feedback is positive. In our How to Receive Feedback course, we discuss ways to graciously accept day-to-day feedback in the workplace. We explain why it’s important to receive both positive and negative feedback and provide tips on how to do so. We also explore how to evaluate and handle the feedback you receive, so you can respond in an appropriate and professional manner.
