Process Orientation

Process-oriented employees focus on the procedure of completing a task. They might be more careful than employees focused on doing their job well. Process orientation can make it difficult for someone to change careers because they may not have developed any autonomous skills employers are looking for in potential employees, such as creativity or innovation. It can also cause problems with efficiency if there’s no acknowledgement that different processes work better at specific tasks than others.
