As the final installment in our Problem Solving series, our Monitor the Resolution course shows you how to track results and determine whether or not your solution plan was a success. After implementing an idea, it’s important to monitor the results to determine whether or not your solution has been successful. In this course, we explore how you can ensure a smooth implementation, track progress and verify that your solution has resolved the problem by asking key questions throughout the process. We will also look at effective project-management tools and techniques for monitoring your solutions once your action plan is in place.
