When was the last time you were truly kind to yourself? Often, we forget to show ourselves the same level of compassion and care that we show others. This audio-only course is led by Jay Vidyarthi, a human-centered UX designer and mindfulness expert who works in the intersections of well-being and technology, designing and researching new strategies to restore attention and develop positive mental health. In this guided meditation, you’ll learn to cultivate self-kindness by connecting with what makes you happy. you’ll use images and a mantra, or repeated phrase, to show yourself compassion. Finally, you’ll reflect on small ways you can show yourself compassion in your daily life. After this course, you’ll have a stronger sense of self-compassion to bring into your day-to-day experience.
