Policing the Homeless

This course is designed to help law enforcement officers explore the unique circumstances and needs of houseless populations in their communities. In this course, officer Ryan Tillman, founder of Breaking Barriers United, examines common misconceptions about unhoused people. He will help you explore a different approach to policing people experiencing homelessness and identify resources to better serve unhoused people in your area.
