It is crucial to a project’s success that your team adheres to processes throughout the project life cycle. In this course, you’ll focus on the processes that drive projects. We’ll examine the 5 major process groups including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing. You’ll also look at organizational process assets, the difference between project processes and product processes, project management process groups vs project life cycles, and interactions between and within process groups.
This course utilizes information from the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). It also qualifies for credit hours toward the PMP or CAMP training contact hours or toward maintaining your current certification.
