In the elearning course, Respiratory Protection, we will review what a respirator is and how it is designed to protect you from inhaling potentially dangerous substances. In the course we will review the different types of respirators available, the situations they are best suited to, and the level of protection they offer. We will discuss the types of hazards workers can be exposed to and the illnesses that can arise from them. Finally, we will talk about some work practice control measures you can use for handling airborne hazards.
