Pain: Recognizing And Reporting Pain

Pain is a feeling of discomfort that ranges from mild to severe, usually caused by an underlying condition and is never normal. Pain can interfere with the client‚It’s ability to function and their quality of life. Consequences of unresolved pain include depression, impaired sleep, concentration and memory problems, hypertension, sexual dysfunction, and many more. So it‚It’s important that nursing assistants know how to recognize and report it.
