Overcoming Procrastination

We all procrastinate from time to time. Procrastination occurs when we avoid tasks that we find unpleasant.
Procrastination often leads to missed opportunities. When an opportunity presents itself, and you wait until the last minute to act, you risk losing that opportunity to another business. Waiting until the last second forces you to make hasty, and often bad decisions which could cost your company. Procrastination will hinder our long-term success. You should know that you easily procrastinate when you dislike a particular task, in addition to that when you check your mail or your social media account you procrastinate.
