Exclusion negatively affects morale, productivity, communication and collaboration in the workplace. In today‚It’s world of constant social media communication, Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) is common. But fearing we are missing out and knowing we are being left out are quite different. We can all jump to conclusions, and it is important to identify and accept our own emotions and actions.
