Outlook 2007: Beginner

Get up and running with Outlook 2007. In this course, you’ll learn how to use the program’s essential functions and features for professional email communication and creating meetings and appointments. First, you’ll learn how to navigate through the Outlook interface and perform basic tasks, such as sending, receiving and replying to emails, working with attachments and setting email options. You’ll also learn how to create an automatic signature, manage your email by creating extra folders and cleaning out messages, as well as how to use the out of office assistant. Lastly, you’ll discover how to use Calendar to make appointments and plan meetings, and learn how to create tasks, contacts and notes.
This comprehensive introductory course is the first in a 2-part series on Outlook 2007. To take your skills to the next level, watch the second course in the series, Outlook 2007 Advanced.
