Get your emails under control and save time with the tips in this elearning course, Emails. In this course we will discuss why emails, while a very useful communication tool, can add stress to your day and distract you from the task at hand. We will look at ways to organize your inbox using three concepts: Inbox Zero, Only Handle It Once (OHIO), and the 2-Minute Rule. We will also talk about how often you should check emails, how to establish a regular routine around email management, and some common email dos and don’ts.
