Office Induction: Sexual Harassment

Workplace sexual harassment can be physical or verbal, obvious or indirect, repeated or one-off and perpetrated by males and females against people of the same or opposite sex. It is debilitating, often causing the victim to be distressed at what is happening. Everyone deserves the right to go to work and do their job free of sexual harassment. This Sexual Harassment course will arm your workers with the skills and knowledge of what can be done if one feels they are being sexually harassed. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt what behaviours constitute as sexual harassment, how a single incident is enough to warrant a complaint and what to do if you are the victim. This course is one part of an 18 part Office Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing office workers.
