This Dealing with Difficult Behaviour course will arm your office workers with the skills required to effectively and efficiently deal with these situations. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt about the LASSIE system, the importance of listening, tips for remaining calm and other strategies for responding to difficult and aggressive behaviour. This course is one part of an 18 part Office Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing office workers.
