Your management can make more informed and better quality WHS decisions whilst gaining your workers’ ‚“buy in‚” . This Consultation course highlights the benefits of consultation, and the role of a well-structured committee in approaching health and safety issues at work. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt your rights and responsibilities when it comes to safety in the workplace, what constitutes an effective health and safety committee, and how an effective team member behaves. This course is one part of an 18 part Office Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing office workers.
