New York City Anti-Harassment: Summary of New York City Changes is an elearning course that helps you understand the city, state, and federal statutes that apply to your business. If you do business in New York City or New York State, there are sexual harassment standards that you must comply with. The “Stop Sexual Harassment in NYC Act,” also known as Local Law 96 of 2018, went into effect in April 2019 and brought about new requirements for sexual harassment training.
