New York City Anti-Harassment: Manager’s Training Success

New York City Anti-Harassment: Manager’s Training Success is an elearning course that shows managers how to comply with the new anti-harassment laws. As a manager, you must ensure the workers you supervise are trained on New York City’s new anti-sexual harassment and discrimination law, known as the Stop Sexual Harassment in NYC Act. It went into effect in April of 2019, and brought about new training requirements that fall into six categories. In this course, we’ll discuss each category and talk about what’s required of employees and managers in order to stay compliant under the new law.
