The pandemic has changed our personal and professional lives. Suddenly, it required us to adapt continuously and flexibly in order to organise our work differently. Emergency-related smart working is now turning into a hybrid phygital working model in which both in-person and remote-working coexist. Office work and remote working converge into new forms of work. Rules, spaces and working hours need to be re-invented. How can we adapt to this unusual work organisation? What new skills do we need to train in hybrid settings to be effective?
In this training course we shall explore the challenges of the new way of working, discuss some possible implications for people, and find out what skills leaders and managers need to develop in order to sustainably manage variable geometry working patterns
