Neurodiversity at Work (UK)

Historically, workplaces have been designed around neurotypical ways of working, supporting established norms and social interactions.

Increasingly, there’s greater awareness that the standard workplace creates barriers for neurodivergent individuals that prevent them from thriving.

This course focuses on dispelling myths and misunderstandings about neurodiversity. We explore neurodiversity in the workplace and how to be an ally. We also navigate workplace situations and encourage you to look closer in a series of scenarios.
