Neurodiversity at Work: 06. Recap

Neurodiversity is a less-often considered type of diversity that is present in the workplace. Increasing our understanding of neurodiversity will strengthen our organization and, at the same time, allow our neurodivergent colleagues to perform to their potential. Small environmental adaptations can pay huge dividends in productivity and morale. Learning how to be a more mindful and supportive ally will benefit everyone.

By developing a better understanding of neurodiversity, workplaces can become more welcoming, positive and productive places for neurodivergent and neurotypical customers and clients.
