Employee motivation is not an exact science and needs to be personalized to the individual employee or employee group.
Motivating in management is the process of stimulating people to actions to accomplish the goals. In the work goal context, the psychological factors stimulating the people’s behavior can include a desire for money.
Motivation helps managers know the needs of employees. It helps them guide and lead their behavior in the right direction. Efficient leaders, thus, develop as a result of effective motivation.
