Mortgage Servicing: Large Servicer

Regulation X and Regulation Z include provisions referred to as the mortgage servicing rules. The rules address, among other things, adjustable rate notices, force-placed insurance, using and issuing periodic statements, loss mitigation, addressing live contact and intervention, delinquency and successors in interest. In this course we will detail each of the mortgage servicing rules as all of the rules apply to ‚Äúlarge servicers”. This course is intended for compliance personnel and loan operations departments.
