Minimum Equipment List (MEL)

The Minimum Equipment List (MEL) program is designed to assist Personnel, with a thorough understanding of a MEL, the contents, purpose, functioning, application, and approval of a MEL. Target Learners: Flight Deck Crew / Pilots and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. This program also serves as a refresher for Pilots and Engineers, in the use of a MEL.
