MINDSET: Motivation

When people are motivated in their jobs they achieve more, are happier and they drive success. Understanding how people are motivated can unlock the potential of your organisation. This module identifies two types of motivation; intrinsic motivation, which is when people are motivated by their internal desires such as interest, enjoyment and values. And extrinsic motivations, where people work better when rewards, recognition or even punishments are in place.
