Mindfulness: Practising Gratitude

A lot of research shows that gratitude is good for your mental health. People who often feel grateful are happier and more optimistic, have better relationships, and find it easier to motivate themselves.
So it’s easy to see that gratitude is great for your work-life.
But what is gratitude exactly? It’s really pretty simple. It’s just noticing there are good things in your life which you did nothing in particular to earn. These things might be gifts from other people, or just some good luck you’ve had.
So how can you practise gratitude in the workplace?
