Micro-Meditation for Managers

Managers and leaders have extremely demanding lives and schedules. Do you often lack the time to consider your own well-being or relieve pent-up stress? In this course, you’ll follow a guided 10-minute meditation specifically designed for those with high-stress leadership roles. You’ll practice an exercise called ‚Äúbox breathing” to help you feel more calm and centered. You’ll then complete a body scan to release tension that’s tightly held within your body.
