In Merchandising: Inventory Replenishment, we’ll teach you an effective and efficient process to keep shelves and displays fully stocked, while ensuring proper product rotation. Inventory replenishment is the primary function of the Merchandiser for a DSD supplier. It’s not unusual to have several areas throughout the store where your brands are merchandised. Because of this, you need to be able to plan your work, and work your plan.

In this course, part of our Merchandising series, we’ll cover the importance of product rotation and date codes, and how to read different date code formats. You’ll also learn best practices for replenishing cold products, displays, and gondolas. The course is delivered in the form of a video with narration and helpful illustrations throughout.
