This Managing Change course is chock-full of easy to understand hints on how to introduce change in your workplace.
Once the course is completed you will have learnt coping attitudes towards change and the importance of a clear vision and keeping things in perspective. This training course is one part of a 13 part series on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Eight of the modules are curated for the manager whilst five are for their employees. This particular course is ideal for managers and supervisors.
