Measuring the Impact of Your ERG

Developing measurable goals and tracking and evaluating them can help you better secure ongoing organizational support for your ERG. However, as an ERG leader, you may have difficulty demonstrating your ERG’s impact because you don’t have the data to tell the story to important stakeholders. In this course, you’ll learn specific processes to be able to tell the story of your ERG. First, you’ll learn the critical first step of making SMART goals and how to choose the right metrics to track them. You’ll also be introduced to a four-step process for measuring and evaluating your goals. Finally, you’ll take away some tips to give a successful presentation about your ERG to important stakeholders, such as sponsors and leadership. By the end of this course, you’ll have the tools to help you begin filling the pages of your ERG story.
