You will learn about the causes and impact of poor performance in the workplace and how to create an effective performance management plan for your employees. Discover the importance of a probationary period, what your responsibilities are during this time and how to conduct a probationary termination. Finally, you will learn about the 3 main types of performance management – performance development, performance improvement and discipline – with a significant amount of time spent on the last one.
