Managing Difficult People

The ‘Managing Difficult People’ micro-learning course looks at how managers can tailor their behaviour in conversations with team members whilst trying to identify any challenges they might be facing. Difficult attitudes can stem from a number of sources, from personal responsibilities to professional anxieties.
