Managing Difficult People

The ‘Managing Difficult People’ micro-learning course looks at how managers can tailor their behaviour in conversations with team members whilst trying to identify any challenges they might be facing. Difficult attitudes can stem from a number of sources, from personal responsibilities to professional anxieties.

This course looks at using empathy to understand an individual’s reality and how this might be affecting their performance at work. It will also look at how you can help to influence and motivate team members to encourage a more positive contribution from them.
