This Managers’ Responsibilities Towards Bullying & Harassment course focuses on the role and responsibilities of managers in tackling the pervasive problem of workplace bullying, highlighting the importance of nurturing an environment built on respect and inclusivity. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the various forms and impact workplace bullying and the detrimental effects it has on individuals and the workplace environment, the importance of leading by example in fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity, the necessity of robust anti-bullying and harassment policies and how to effectively communicate them to all team members, and the role of the manager in supporting victims of bullying or harassment.
