Managerial Courage: Character – 02. Developing Your Character

Building character often comes from what we learn in difficult situations - something we will discuss in the elearning course, Developing Your Character. In this course we review six character-building methods: Defining and Using Values, Learning from Your Past, Evaluating the Company You Keep, Being Nice, Practicing Humility, and Giving Back. We will also provide some examples on ways to handle difficult situations and how to respond if your character is attacked.
