The most common disorders of the male reproductive system include infertility, erectile dysfunction, and cancers. While assisting a client, you should inform the nurse if you notice unusual penile discharge; lumps or thickness in the testicles; unusual skin changes on the penis or testicles; and irritation, inflammation, or swelling in the genital area.
